Awesome Japanse Restaurante: Fuente La Lloba

Some weeks ago we went to an amazing Japanese restaurant in Asturias. It was a surprise and we didn’t know where we were going and the type of restaurant. We were in the car trying to guess but since we left all the big cities behind us, we thought it could be some traditional restaurant with tipical dishes from Asturias (Spanish county in the north) hidden in some really small village. After 1 hour or so we arrived at the top of a little mountain pass, then saw a few houses (not sure, but maybe 10 is too many…) And a sign that said “Fuente La Lloba” (wolf’s fountain) we thought, ok we’re going to see some nice natural fountain and eat some meat… But as we were near our stop, I saw a dog house with some Japanese hiragana characters…and I thought “was that Japanese? here?” I could never imagine a Japanese restaurant could be in a place like that, usually they’re in the big cities in Spain, so the chances to find on in the middle of the mountains looks like impossible.

It seems it appeared on the local tv a few times, but I didn’t know. Well, the place is a beautiful traditional house with a Japanese garden and some Japanese decoration on the outside. The lower part of the house is the restaurant. It has a few tables and a tatami with a fantastic view. It was a rainy day a little bit foggy and we were surrounded by green nature so it was even prettier. It reminded a lot to Japan! The food was awesome, and the owner was really really nice. Despite is quite far from towns and cities and you can only go by car, you have to call in advance to get a table. It seems if you want to go on a weekend, you have to book with weeks in advance. I absolutely recommend the place because it was like going back to Japan! You can check the restaurant’s website here http://restaurantefuentelalloba.blogspot.com.es/

Sumiyaki Carlota Akaneya

Last week we went to a Japanese restaurant in Barcelona called Carlota Akaneya. It’s a very cozy place. The food is really good quality and everything we ate was delicious!

Specially the Kobe beef ! it was the first time eating it and omg it has nothing to do with other beef I’ve had before. We also ate Karai potatoes, Sukiyaki and rice but I can’t remember the name of the dish…

I took pictures of everything except the dessert,  Green Tear Dayfuku and Frozen Maki (it was 3 maki pieces made of Ice cream and fruit or gelatin, not sure) also delicious!

Random Pics

The other day I went to do my nails with some permanent nail polish. It was so hard to decide the colours, so I asked for a combination of the 2 colours I liked the most :D
Btw that dress is super old, but didn’t thought of it when doing my nails! I realised later on that the colours where almost the same!

I love that ring, you can’t tell in the picture but it shines so pretty!

Last weekend was local holiday here and there was this candy stop that had cotton candy!! I couldn’t resist to get some. I LOVE it!!!

Chocolate egg

Today I’ll show you the chocolate eggs I buy at the supermarket. It’s a pack of 3 for 1’25€ I think. They’re delicious!!! I can eat 3 in a row! Sometimes they have interesting toys inside, sometimes not lol. But anyway my cat loves them! I put some rize inside to make sound and she runs like mad playing football:D

Now the house has around 20 “plastic eggs” but most of them are under the sofa or the shleves.

This is the chocolate:D I prefer white one!

the plastic egg inside the chocolate:D. Depending on the color of the plastic I know if it’s a figure or sometime to assemble. This time is something to assemble:)IMG_7935

They also gave us free german  dishes (I’m not sure if they were german at all cause fried chicken doesn’t sound very german to me,  anyway it was nice to get free food:D ). Andbefore going home we got some nice presents (I forgot to take pics) like t-shirts, bags, cd cases, a bag with 5 ballpoint pen of 5 colors, etc

Tattoo re-done

I had this tattoo since 2007 I think. And I wanted to re-do it cause some of the flowers lost ink. I don’t use to lose ink in my tattoos but the feet seems it had something to do with it. So I wanted to add some more items around the flowers, and after some days preparing it with my friend, I decided to add color only. Luckily I didn’t add more cause it hurted a LOT! I don’t remember the first time I did the tattoo it hurted that much! Tbh none of the tattoos I have hurt when I did them.

Well, here are the pics at the end of the session. It took about 2 weeks to fall the scab.
